Staff House attended the 28th OHE HR Conference, where we discussed a number of exciting topics with the most influential figures of the Hungarian HR field.

In the world of business, summer is synonymous with the sometimes joyful sometimes uneventful days. For Staff House, however, this year’s summer season began extremely busy. We visited the 28th National HR Conference and Exhibition, which offered exciting programs and lectures between the 31th of May and the 1st of June on the situation and prospects of the HR profession in Hungary.

The thought provoking lectures and discourses gave a comprehensive picture of the most innovative solutions in the HR profession. Among other topics we heard exciting lectures about the current trends of digitalization, the spread of artificial intelligence and automation solutions in the HR field by the most renowned experts. The current situation of the Hungarian labour market – which was the focus of our self-organized research – was also a hot topic of the event.

This conference was especially exciting for us, as we could discuss the questions and issues of worker accommodation with leaders in the field of HR.
